Your taxes, explained before you sign them
Personal and business returns, bookkeeping and payroll. We tell you the price before we start, not after.
Twenty minutes on the phone. You don't need to bring anything to the first call.
How it works
You tell us your situation
Twenty minutes on the phone. If you are self-employed or own a business, say so up front: it changes what we prepare.
We tell you the cost and what to bring
The price before we start, and the list of papers so you only come once.
We go over it and file
We explain what your return says before you sign it. You keep a copy of everything.
Yours and your business's, in one place
Opening a new business? The LLC and the EIN have their own page, at a flat price. See new business →

Have this handy
You don't need it to book the call. It's so the appointment is worth twice as much.
- Your ID and your Social Security number or ITIN
- Your spouse's and your dependents', if you claim them
- Your W-2s and 1099s for the year
- Last year's return, if you have it handy
- If you bought health insurance on the Marketplace, your 1095-A
- If you own a business: income, expenses and payroll
Book twenty minutes and we'll tell you what you need.
The call is free and commits you to nothing. If your case is simple, we'll say so; if it's tangled, we'll say that too.

What people ask us most about taxes
How much does it cost to do my taxes?
It depends on your case: a simple personal return is not the same as a business with payroll. That is why we talk first. We tell you the price before we start, not once it is done.
How long until someone answers me?
The same business day. If you write on a Sunday, we answer early Monday.
Do you help me in Spanish?
Yes, and not only on the call: emails, paperwork and explanations too. You pick the language.
Do I have to come to the office?
It is not required. Everything can be done by phone and email. But if you would rather come in and have it explained sitting down, the office is open.
